Join our Memories Membership to enjoy exclusive member discounts, birthday rewards, and M points redemption benefits. Members will automatically upgrade your membership tier based on their spending.

Membership Upgrade Rules

• Membership tier will be recalculated every 12 months based on your spending date
• Your membership will then be renewed for another 12 months according to the updated tier. If the required spending is not maintained, your membership tier may be downgraded upon renewal.

Membership M Points

• For every RM1 spent, members will earn 1 M point. 
• Every earn M points will expire on 12 months based on your spending date. Any unused points will automatically expire after 12 months.
• M Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, bought, sold, or traded in any way.
• M Points can only be redeemed through your personal Memories account. M Ponits & rewards may be used online or offline, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
• You must Log in your Email address account when you wish to collect points.
• Membership tier criteria and benefits may be revised or replaced at the company’s discretion.
